Job Description

At Halcyon Health & Social Care, we are looking for a reliable and compassionate support worker with at least 6 months UK experience to work night shifts within a care home in the Kidwelly area that help adults in the following setting :

- Learning disabilities
- Physical disabilities
- Complex needs
- Acquired brain injury
- Autism
- Asperger
- Personality disorder
- Dementia
