Job Description

Job Title: Training AdministratorLocation: Hybrid/KetteringSalary: £23-£25kHours: 37.5 Monday to Friday Duration: Temporary to PermanentPertemps are recruiting for a Training Administrator to work in an office/hybrid role, based in Kettering, Northamptonshire. The job holder’s responsibility is to always work in accordance with the Risk Assessment, Safe System of Work or Workplace Risk Assessment as provided by the client.Responsibilities: To support the Training Manager in the administration of internal and external training, both face to face and online, creating and maintaining the relevant training records in support of Health and Safety compliance. Including organising and booking trainingfor the client’s staff and customers staff, ensuring traceability of all records from start to finish of the process.Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a companywide training matrix for face to face and online training activity.
  • Curation of individual training records for internal and external training
  • Liaise with General Managers and Site Managers to organise Face to Face training requirements.
  • Manage delegate invitations for internal and external training.
  • Manage post-course administration such as end tests, certificate creation and training records.
  • Chase up incomplete post-course administration
  • Process new starter training requirements and leaver administration.
  • Process external training requests including liaison with external suppliers.
  • Update historical training records to comply with audit requirements.
  • Issue relevant online training
  • Regular review of online training completion and chase-up outstanding
  • Assist with the day to day running of the training department supporting the Training Manager
Education and Skills:
  • IT literate (MS Suite – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Forms)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Communication
  • English Reading, writing and comprehension.
Role Specific Requirements:
  • Fluent in written and spoken Englis
  • IT literate (MS Suite – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Forms)
  • Full clean driving licence – Preferable
  • Strong eye for detail
