Job Description

Role- Technical Admin and Compliance CoordinatorSalary- £24-28k per annum Benefits- 2 X Death in Service, Pension, training & career progressionType- Permanent, Full-Time 37.5 hoursLocation- Kettering, Northamptonshire.Company Overview - A world-leading and highly successful mounted platform manufacturer company located in Kettering) that provides top-class products and engineering solutions. They are now looking to recruit a brand-new Technical Admin and Compliance Coordinator to join the growing company on a permanent basis.Technical Admin and Compliance Coordinator Role and Responsibilities:

  • Create, Maintain and update components and Bill of Material (BOM) on their ERP (Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning tool.
  • Creation and update of job packs in line with build schedules.
  • Ensure Job pack requirements have the relevant technical details to enable right first-time manufacturing.
  • Creation of Certificate of Conformity (CoC) in line with Vehicle Type Approvals.
  • Process IVA applications
  • Administration of Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
  • Liaise with production planning to ensure alignment with the build schedules.
Experience:
  • Appreciation for Design for Manufacture and design for service
  • ERP/ MRP experience with BOMs and BOOs
  • Technical understanding and interest in Engineering
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly desirable: Experience of working in a technical role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to use 2D/3D CAD Systems
