We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Global IT function based in UK with facilities / offices in France, Netherlands & US. Working on the companies IT systems including and not limited to ERP , SAP Commerce and web platformClient DetailsA manufacturing companyDescriptionThe Solution Architect will be responsible for scoping our current solutions, designing and implementing new solutions, and maintaining our technology infrastructure to ensure it meets the needs of our global organisation. The successful candidate will workclosely with our internal stakeholders, vendors, and other IT professionals to ensure that our systems are fully understand and equally integrated with other applications and data sources, and that they deliver the desired outcomes.Responsibilities:* Scope our current manufacturing and e-commerce technology solutions and identify areas for improvement.* Design, develop and implement technology solutions to meet our business requirements and standards, including ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and other applications.* Review and evaluate our overall IT systems and provide recommendations for improvement.* Ensure that our technology systems are integrated with other manufacturing and e-commerce applications and data sources, and that they deliver the desired outcomes.* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and user guides.* Report to the Transformation & IT Director on progress and issues relating to technology systems.ProfileRequirements:* Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.* Proven experience as a Solution Architect with experience in a manufacturing and e-commerce environment.* Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, as well as other manufacturing technology solutions such as shop floor automation and e-commerce platforms.* Experience in scoping, designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions.* Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.* Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teamJob OfferIf you are a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for technology and solving complex problems in a manufacturing and e-commerce environment, we encourage you to apply.
