A well established, successful and expanding Northamptonshire based manufacturer of high-end Ornamental and Architectural products for prestigious projects seeks a UK and Export Sales Estimator ideally with good project management skills as part of theirongoing expansion plans.BASIC SALARY: £28,000- £30,000 - possible flexibility dependent on experience.BENEFITS: Company Bonus- paid quarterly, worth up to £1440 per annum. Beautiful Rural Head Office Location.LOCATION: NorthamptonshireCOMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Northampton, Daventry, Rugby, Kettering, Lutterworth, Market Harborough, Wellingborough.JOB DESCRIPTION: UK and Export Sales Estimator, Project Manager- High End Design Led Architectural, Construction, Building and Luxury Landscaping Products.Based at their stunning Grade II listed head office and Show Gardens in Northamptonshire, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join my clients busy Building and Construction team, you will be reporting into the Export Sales Manager as part of their expandingexport team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: UK and Export Sales Estimator, Project Manager- High End Design Led Architectural, Construction, Building and Luxury Landscaping ProductsThe Export and UK Sales Estimator will be responsible for providing many of the leading luxury housing developers and most discerning private clients, in the UK and abroad, with the highest quality architectural and ornamental cast stone products. You will support clients in a range of projects, ranging from small landscaping schemes to one-off bespoke multi-million pound residential developments. The role will involve producing project quotations, estimated from technical drawing take-offs, producing AutoCAD details specific to our products and managing each project from enquiry through to after-sales. There will generally be a 40/60 split between UK and export work, this could vary at different times.The company is looking for a well organised individual with excellent communication skills whose enthusiasm for sales and customer service will serve to nurture ongoing relationships with some of our most valued customers and international distributors.Occasional international travel will be required.PERSON SPECIFICATION: UK and Export Sales Estimator, Project Manager- High End Design Led Architectural, Construction, Building and Luxury Landscaping ProductsTo be considered for this varied and interesting role you will have; Experience in a similar technical sales estimator role in the construction industry with experience producing quotations estimated from take-offs and customer drawings and subsequent project management and customer liaison. Excellent organisation and communication skills with an enthusiasm for project sales and customer service to nurture ongoing relationships with some of our most valued customers and international distributors.
