* Pro-acitve sales account manager* 30k-50k base DOE* Kettering/fully remoteOur client provides IT services and solutions to public, private and third sector organisations in the UK. Their specialisms are WiFi and Cloud services (as Google partners) However they supply any IT hardware and software you care to think of. They also offerthe benefit of a larger group structure that contains large MSP (Managed Service Providers) that give their collective strength to deliver a full service for their large customers.The Candidate:* A proven IT Sales Background (2 years plus within a VAR or MSP)* Experience within Infrastructure, Cloud, Professional / Managed Services, Converged Infrastructure, Workspace* Ambitious and Self-motivated* Capable of managing own time and workload* Full understanding of products, prices, and supplier discounts* Driven to achieve with a positive mental attitude.* Communication skills (listening, persuasive, presentation)* Courage to address and resolve issues.* Flexible approach to business requirements* Is creative and uses own initiative whilst also paying attention to detail.* Energetic and hungryThe role:* The role of an Account Manager is to identify, nurture and close sales opportunities with both existing/dormant customers as well as prospecting for net new.* Sell and promote the businesses full portfolio and services.* Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.* Manage, orchestrate, and attend customer face to face engagements.* Attend regular technology and sales training sessions.* Liaising with B2B contacts via telephone/email/meetings* Ensure individual quarterly and annual targets are met.* Build strong relationships by using effective bonding and rapport techniques.* Handling quotation requests and general enquiries* Using cross-sell and upsell techniques to increase revenue.* Processing orders and updating customers on order/delivery progress* Identify ways to increase in spend with accounts via account mapping and planning.* Introducing new technologies and vendors as well as technical personnel to increase opportunities.* Encourage referrals within existing customer base to generate new customers.The Role offers:* Huge amounts of freedom and autonomy to manage time and responsibility.* A position with a smaller organisation that encourages, listens, and supports.* Progression opportunities as they continues to grow and develop.* Superb training both in house and with industry recognised sales training programs* Excellent Commission Package* Entrance to a company that is incredibly social, collaborative, and cohesive.* One to One coaching program * The potential to work alongside our partners such as Google, with customers of all type across multiple sectors and industries.
