Job Description

Quality Co-ordinator required for a specialist test and research organisation with head offices in the Kettering area. The role will be based in a department delivering audit and calibration services to consumer goods manufacturers worldwide.Departmental services include the calibration of physical testing equipment used by both commercial and production-based laboratories and is fully traceable to national standards laboratories and to an ISO 17025: 2017 quality system.The role will include:

  • Checking calibration certificates and audit reports
  • Drafting of accreditation
  • Updating Calibration templates
  • Overseeing correlation templates and programme
  • Managing equipment and external calibration
  • Working closely with a UK and overseas based teams of technologists to ensure on-time delivery of audit and calibration reports and certificates
Applications are invited from candidates with the following attributes / experience:
  • Highly motivated; target driven and possessing the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Highly organised and able to give attentive to detail
  • Possess good social and communication skills in order to interact with a wide variety of people at all levels of an organisation and from across diverse cultures
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, in particular MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Minimum of GCSE or equivalent in English and 2 other subjects
