Job Description

Supply Chain Co-ordinator - part-time (school hours) £20k - £23k pro rata + Professional development, progression opportunities, 20 days holiday + pensionThis supply chain service provider is working for a number of food and consumer goods growing brands supporting them to deliver the best order fulfilment for their UK retailer customer base. They are growing quickly offering clear routes for progressionand opportunities for personal and professional development.The Supply Chain Co-ordinator role is responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing of orders, including EDI and manual orders
  • Dealing with order fulfilment issues.
  • Processing invoices and resolving delivery discrepancies and raising credit notes
  • Communicating effectively with customers and warehouse service providers to maintain a high service level. This will include preparing stock reports and month end stock reconciliations.
Youll be committed to good customer service and be able to work with accuracy and confidence with people at all levels in the business, having worked in a similar role previously. You will be numerate (equivalent to GCSE grade C or 5+) and have good knowledgeof MS office, particularly with excel and also preferably some accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero, Sage), although this is not essential.If you like to be part of a growing business with a family feel and work with new and upcoming brands and sharing their success, then APPLY NOW!This role is office based.
