Job Description

Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Pack and Product Change Manager to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for leading the continuous development of the Product Change process at Weetabix, as well as managing all activities relating topack and product change and discontinuation. You will:

  • Lead the development and evolution of the Product Change Process aligned to the Portfolio and IBP process, supporting continuous improvement in this space
  • Own the total pack and product change process, responsible for the effective delivery of all changes to products in a timely manner
  • Develop and own the governance of a process that tracks packaging, raw materials and finished goods to minimize write-off associated with product changes and discontinuation
  • Manage the Pack & Product Change Request process to ensure were optimized
  • Ensure Master Data processes are fit for purpose and adhere to SLAs to support product change lifecycle
  • Ensure Packaging artwork process adhere to SLAs to support product changes
  • Develop and manage total Pack and Product Change Programme including capacity, resource, costs and bottle necks
  • Lead and own key cross-functional meetings and tracking tools to deliver effective pack & product changes; this includes Supply Chain, Artwork, Master Data, Marketing and Procurement activities
  • Lead the development of the Pack & Product Change Coordinator
  • Be a core part of the Supply Chain Leadership team
Requirements Youll have previous project management experience gained within FMCG, or governance and management of packaging/artwork change, a proven track record of delivery of process, structure and governance, and strong organisational and problem-solving skills.An excellent communicator, youll have the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of business and be a strong leader and influencer. Youll also be skilled in the use of Microsoft project, Excel and PowerPoint.This role will require you to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
