Job Description

This is an exciting newly created role for an experienced, creative Marketing Manager. Reporting to Commercial Director the main focus of this position is to ensure the smooth and effective running of all Marketing Activity within the company. Managing theday-to-day marketing activities and overseeing all long-term marketing projects and strategy for the company.The Role

  • Responsible for identifying market trends and developing marketing strategies to help increase enquiry levels and grow company estimate bank
  • Build a marketing strategy around core brands that will evolve the business into a core market leader within the industry.
  • Consider market conditions and carry out competitor analysis and adapt campaigns where necessary
  • Responsible for new product launches, including writing design brief, interviewing creative agencies, managing budgets and time scales effectively and overseeing any promotional activity associated with the launch.
  • Set annual budget for the calendar year and deliver all marketing activity within the agreed annual budget.
  • Responsibility for a small team to ensure the smooth running of the department including brochure/sample stock checks, case studies, sourcing, filtering and uploading data to email marketing programme, dealing with enquiries, finding new business leadsfor sales team.

  • Experience and full working knowledge of SEO
  • Clear understanding of P&L
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Word, excel and PowerPoint proficient
  • Some Photoshop experience is preferable
  • Willingness to be flexible
  • Highly organised
  • Knowledgeable, Creative and Articulate
  • High levels of Accuracy
  • Ability to work consistently is a fast-paced environment
