Were leading the cereal marketwith world class innovation and are well known for Weetabix, Weetabix Minis, Weetos, Oatibix, Ready Brek, Alpen and more.Working alongside our experienced manufacturing teams within our factories, apprentices will deliver improvement projects and develop vital leadership skills to support a career path in manufacturing.During the programme we will provide experience working across several of our iconic brands with rotations though a number of our Burton Latimer and Corby based factories. You will also have the opportunity to work within various departments within our headoffice to develop your core business skills.Towards the end of your apprenticeship and beyond, depending on your chosen career path, its likely that you will be required to work shifts.Please note, your application and personal data will be shared with Tresham College. Assessment centres will be held w/c 21 March 2022 for candidates shortlisted to attend. Requirements Applicants must be passionate and enthusiastic about manufacturing and have a minimum of GCSEs grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths (or equivalent).This is a 3 year Apprenticeship and on completion of the programme you will achieve a Level 3 in Team Leading.
