Legal Compliance ManagerKetteringAre you a hard-working and dedicated Legal Finance Manager with extensive knowledge of SRA Regulations Do you want to work in an innovative and dynamic firm If so, please get in touch.About the role:As the Legal Compliance Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee SRA account rules whilst managing risk and compliance. Workflows will include:*Manage the team of legal cashiers;*Ensure compliance to SRA accounts rules;*Ensure accurate and timely Billing of fees;*Liaise with fee-earners to ensure accurate billing;*Monthly 3-way bank reconciliations;*Medical report reconciliations;*Operational performance reviews with fee-earners;*Write off reporting;*Liaise with external accountants and auditors; and*Supporting COFA, including reporting breaches of the SRA accounts rules.About the Legal Compliance Manager:You will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant SRA accounts experience. Essential requirements include:*Experience of working in a law firm - preferably a high-volume firm;*Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal;*Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;*Strong knowledge of management information systems (including Excel and Sage);*Experience and ability in building strong working relationships and influencing at all levels.*Good stakeholder management capabilities.About the Organisation:The highly successful Personal Injury firm prides itself on providing second-to-none advice to its many clients.
