At National Accident Law, our purpose is to help those who have had a personal injury get their lives back on track.We work differently to handle compensation claims in a modern, imaginative and refreshingly personal way and we have curious minds that which shape and drive innovation in accident injury law.Our business and our people have our values in common; Passionate, Curious, Driven and Unified, and because of this we have a culture that is kind, supportive, fun and inclusive.National Accident Law is a great place to work, but dont just take our word for it, come and find out for yourself.THE PURPOSE OF OUR LEGAL CASHIERAs Legal Cashier you will manage the company cashier process ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy at all times.THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS LEGAL CASHIER Clients and firms disbursements, payments, expenses and receipts Ensuring compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules Daily banking activities Dealing with and resolving queries Firm and Client bank reconciliations General ledger reconciliations Billing for client and office Dealing with interest on client accounts Issuing of client and firm cheques Maintaining and updating archivesHERE ARE THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE Extensive knowledge of SRA accounts rules Experience of working in a law firmpreferably a high volume firm Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Strong knowledge of management information systems and making best use of these for reporting purposes Experience and ability in building strong working relationships and influencing at all levels Good stakeholder management capabilitiesAND HERE ARE SOME OF THE PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES THAT WOULD FIT THIS ROLE AND FIT OUR BUSINESS Excellent attention to detail Curious to challenge the status quo Unified in working together for the same goals and vision Driven to achieve, succeed and progress Passionate about our customers, our business and personal performanceWe value individualsWe enjoy generating ideas and we never stand still.
