Does Internal Sales mean making 200 calls a day to people who dont want to talk to you It doesnt have to be that way. Sell our products to existing customers - follow up leads, and make yourself good commission. Become, over time, a technical specialist in a niche and growing field.JOB DESCRIPTION:Reporting to the Operations Director, this is an outbound Sales role based at our office in Market Harborough. Your primary focus will be to build and develop relationships that already exist with our customers as well as responding to enquiries and re-buildingrapport with lapsed accounts.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and develop relationships that already exist with our current customers. Up-selling and increasing the spend of existing customers. Keeping and updating accurate customers records. Contacting lapsed accounts to establish requirements and regain their business. Answering enquiries and finding out technical information to relay to customers.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Great communication skills over the telephone and via email. Some experience selling a technical product or service is preferred - at the very least being able to take on technical information and discuss with customers. Positive attitude and willing to learn.
