The company was recently subject to a Management Buy-out from its American parent company. As a successful candidate you will support the Customer Service Team and Marketing Assistant,to spearhead the daily customer interaction of order processing printing inks and servicing contracts to an established customer base across the UK. You will also be responsible for dealing with inbound customer enquiries by email and supporting the UK salesfunction.Working as the Customer Service Advisor / Order Process Administrator your role will also encompass, preparing and sending contracts for signing and processing daily orders for nominated accounts.As the Customer Service Advisor / Order Process Administrator you will also answer telephone enquiries relating to customer servicing and consumable requests.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSAs a Customer Service Advisor / Order Process Administrator you will have the following skill and attributes:
