Job Description

Customer Service Advisor / Order Process Administratorwho has significant experience of delivering customer excellence through building relationships with customers, processing orders and liaising with suppliers for dispatch of customersgoods, is required for a market leading company.SALARY: £26,000 per annum depending on experience (incl. performance bonus)LOCATION: Candidates can be based in the Kettering Office (with longer term opportunity to potentially be home based)JOB TYPE: Full-Time, PermanentJOB OVERVIEWWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor / Order Process Administrator who has experience of dealing with customers, with excellent communication, administrative, organisation and IT literacy skills.The company is a leading provider of production line printing technologies. The company was recently subject to a Management Buy-out from its American parent company. As a successful candidate you will support the Customer Service Team and Marketing Assistant,to spearhead the daily customer interaction of order processing printing inks and servicing contracts to an established customer base across the UK. You will also be responsible for dealing with inbound customer enquiries by email and supporting the UK salesfunction.Working as the Customer Service Advisor / Order Process Administrator your role will also encompass, preparing and sending contracts for signing and processing daily orders for nominated accounts.As the Customer Service Advisor / Order Process Administrator you will also answer telephone enquiries relating to customer servicing and consumable requests.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSAs a Customer Service Advisor / Order Process Administrator you will have the following skill and attributes:

  • It is desirable that candidates will-have an understanding of manufacturing environments along with purchasing processes, although this is not essential
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications and in particular, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have a confident and professional telephone manner with ideally experience gained within a technical type of environment, although this is not essential
  • Must have good organisational and time-management skills
  • A professional approach to working life and ability to work in a small internal and friendly team
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems will also be desirable, particularly, Xero and Zoho CRM
