Job Description

Our Client based in Kettering is looking for a Customer Operations Assistant to join their team on a Contract basis.You will be working alongside the Sales and Operations Manager, dealing with all aspects of running the business.As a Customer Operations Assistant you will be required to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all client’s
  • Sign up new customers
  • Sell products to customers face to face
  • Handle customer enquiries to include face to face, on the telephone and via email
  • Consult with customers on needs, availability and pricing
  • Enter customer information on the database
  • Deal with debt management of customer accounts
  • Handle document shredding enquiries including face to face, by phone and via email
  • Work as a team to achieve targets
  • General housekeeping and maintenance
  • To be competent in stepping into the Managers role in their absenceHours are 9am-5pm Mon - Fri Every other Sat 9am-1pm with a FULL day off the following week.Salary: £21,000 - £23,000This is a 12 Months contract role.
