Job Description

Have you got experience of working as a Complaints professional Are you well versed and knowledgeable of FCA regulations and guidelines Maybe you’ve worked within the Finance sector and are seeking to move into a more commercial settingThis unique opportunity has arisen to work within one of Kettering’s most well-respected company’s, with a worldwide product and brand, plus a history that spans over a century you’ll certainly find yourself fully immersed in this busy and responsible role.You’ll be totally responsible for managing the complaints handling procedure under the Finance Department, reporting, and providing analysis to senior management.For this role a salary of £28,000-£30,000, plus a bonus is offered along with other great benefits we’d be more than happy to tell you about.Role responsibilities

  • Total and complete management of the complaints handling procedure. Answering complaints in line with business guidelines and providing accurate reporting to the finance team
  • Extensive interdepartmental collaboration with compliance, credit finance, legal and portfolio managers ascertaining pertinent information to aid complaint investigations
  • Provide route cause analysis to the Finance Department aiding process changes as required
  • Maintain and continually improve training documentation for internal and external associates
What we require from you
  • Have complete, robust understanding of FCA DISP guidelines and regulations
  • complaints experience
  • Self-starter, strong initiative, self-managed
  • Highly competent IT skills including Microsoft Office with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to hone and cultivate professional working relationships with stakeholders, regulatory bodies and other departments across the business
  • Multi-tasking will be your superpower
