Job Description

We are currently supporting the recruitment of a Business Relationship Manager for a dynamic and forward-thinking company who provide innovative marketing solutions for clients from a wide range of well-known brands.Were looking for Business Relationship/ Account Manager expert who excels in building prosperous relationships with clients and helping them to realise the true potential of the range of digital services available to them.The role offers fantastic development potential for the right candidate, along with the opportunity to work within a leading company known for its expertise and innovation.Duties and responsibilities:

  • Working with key clients to provide an excellent level of customer service to manage their account
  • Working with them on strategic decisions and offering creative and copy support
  • Taking an active role in tendering for business from a commercial perspective
  • Working as a procurement specialist for both intercompany and external purchasing on behalf of clients
  • Liaising regularly with key clients to ensure the business is offering a full consultative service to them all within a timely and efficient manner
  • Developing accounts, building up regular business and encouraging any new business leads working both onsite with clients and offsite (depending on covid-19 restrictions)
  • Collaborating with the senior management team on new projects and taking overall responsibility for them
  • Providing cover for team members in their absence including estimating where required
  • Working onsite with clients when required as an extension of their team
  • Skills and experience required:
  • Extensive account management experience in a client relationship-focused role within the marketing industry
  • Strong print, direct mail and postage experience preferably gained in a print management or lead supplier role
  • Procurement experience working across many products
  • Prior involvement in projects for clients within the charitable and not-for-profit sectors would be an advantage
  • Examples of having worked successfully on tender opportunities on both supplier and sales side
  • Evidence of efficiently running end to end projects, autonomously
  • Proven track record of taking creative briefs and managing jobs through to finished article/ pack
  • Experienced estimator with sound commercial acumen
  • Strong print knowledge covering Litho, inline, digital
  • Knowledge of VAT
  • Experience in working with artwork, creative and copy
  • Eye for detail and ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hours of work:
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Salary and benefits:
