You will join us as our Brand Manager where you will develop and deliver the brand and marketing communications strategy, supporting a programme of activity and initiatives which build our brands, improve the customer experience and enhance online journeys.You will use your influence and expertise to work across all levels and teams within Consumer Legal Services to develop consistent content and messaging to our various audiences, that ultimately drive leads and enquires.Brand Manager Responsibilities: Supporting the planning, development and implementation of brand and marketing communications strategies, campaigns and initiatives. Supporting creating briefs and delivering compelling creative campaigns that include TV and digital channels to generate awareness, leads and enquiries for Consumer Legal Services. Act as a brand guardian providing guidance and reviewing content with respect to both internal and external communications. Build strong relationships with external agencies including media buyers, creative and research agency relationships. Consumer Legal Services customer satisfaction measurement and improvement initiatives, to improve both the customer journey and experience. Bring our Consumer Legal Services brands and services to life with content and messaging that set us apart from our competitors. Youll quickly become a content subject expert on Consumer Legal Services. Understanding the detail and confidently writing the copy where necessary. Understand the complex and provide simple, understandable ways to communicate it. Act as a customer champion for Consumer Legal Services and ensure our customers are at the centre of our decision making. Creation and updating video content to enhance both the brand and customer experience. The measurement and producing reporting on brand KPIs and brand performance. Manage the Trustpilot account and support managing the online brand reputation. Helping work with the wider marketing and IT teams to optimise customer journeys for example improvements to the enquiry journey and customer communications. Assist with appropriate customer journey projects to enhance customer experience across digital andtelephony channels. Supporting the Head of Brand and Customer Experience with budgeting and invoice approvals. Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and current news to capture opportunities for Consumer Legal Services and inform communications and messaging. Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.Brand Manager Requirements: A business-related degree and relevant professional qualifications 8+ years of marketing communications experience either in-house or at an agency. Experience of managing ATL channels required. TV experience highly desirable. Must have experience managing media and creative agency relationships. Excellent ability with wordsgrammar, spelling, language, ability to write within brand tone of voice guidelines, and adapt to different audiences. Experienced at writing for the web, knowing the nuances of and adapting copy to difference digital touchpoints. Evidence of supporting and delivering initiatives to improve customer experience/customer journeys. Commercial awareness with the ability to understand the target audience. Proven ability in supporting the planning, organising and management of marketing communications campaigns; and meeting key deadlines. Proactively integrate with the wider marketing team and confidently liaise with stakeholders. Budget and invoicing experience. Experience using Content Management Systems Ability to meet tight turnaround and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Personal Attributes Creative, self-reliant, the ability to work collaboratively, and the confidence to work alone.
