Job Description

The Nobilis Group delivers nearly 20,000 hours of homecare per week, having doubled in size in the last 12mths our growth journey continues throughout 2022.As a result, we are looking for a new Branch Manager to head up our newly acquired branch based in Kettering, Northampton, which delivers over 6000 hours of care each month.Responsible for managing up to 150 field-based carers, your role would be to oversee the logistical coordination and quality of care delivery for all our clients.Managing a small office support team, you will need to be a well organised, compassionate people manager with genuine pride in your Teams delivery.Essential experience

  • Experience managing a large and diverse Team of Care Assistants
  • Good understanding of commercials (budgets and a P&L)
  • Experience of training and upskilling Teams
  • Proven ability recruit, retain key talent and grow a branch
Desirable Experience
  • Sector experience preferred
  • Experience using a rostering system
  • Knowledge of CQC requirements
  • Level 5 qualification in adult and social care or equivalent is desirable or willingness to work towards it.
