Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a fine dining restaurant near Kettering in Northamptonshire. The establishment is situated in a magnificent countryside location.The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager must be focussed on providing excellent service and exceeding expectations with a friendly and outgoing character.You will be part of a busy team that offer the finest customer service to their many guests. Our client will offer a competitive salary based on your relevant experience.Due to limited public transport in the area, would you be required to have your own transport or live in.The minimum requirements for this Assistant Restaurant Managers role include:

  • Have at least 2 years experience at the required level
  • 100% customer service focused
  • Local to the hotel or live-in
  • Eligibility to live and work in UK
The Assistant Restaurant Managers role will include:
  • Working alongside the Manager to ensure FoH operates smoothly
  • Motivate and lead your team to deliver quality and great service
  • Lead the team in the Managers absence
  • Train and develop your team
  • Maintain a professional manner while under the pressure
  • Observing hygiene, health and safety guidelines
