Accounts Administrator Temp (1 Year FTC) Full Time Kettering £23,000 - £27,000 SF Recruitment are working with an excellent business in Kettering who are seeking an assistant accountant to join their team on a full time basis on a 1 year contract as Maternity Cover. Sage 50 experience is essential for this role. Main Duties: Sales Ledger - Invoicing, running the link, Sage report, ABN upload and drawdown - Credit checks on ABN, Credit application forms, setting up customers on Sage/Stirling - Customer ledger report - Keep an eye on anyone going over credit limits/submit credit limit increases - Remittances/payments received - print/chase remittances, check ABN for payments, clear down on sage, file invoices with remittance - Credit Control - Chase any customers with outstanding payments - Send out statements - End of month Purchase Ledger - Matching, batching and coding invoices - Add up suppliers to pay weekly (BACS) - Print off invoices that come via email/online portals - Clear down DDs and file - Creating new suppliers on Sage If this is something you would be interested in, please click apply or contact Jheryl at SF Recruitment on
