Third Line - Support Engineer - Managed Services - Kettering - £40-50k + Excellent BenefitsOverview:This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast growing global Consultancy, which works with clients within EMEA. My clients customers range from FTSE 100 companies, Public Sector bodies and small firms across a wide range of industries.Role & Responsibilities:·Support, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and SQL solutions·Support, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of VMWare and HyperV solutions·Support, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Azure Cloud based solutions ·Support and define security configurations across a wide range of platforms·Define, test and apply operating system configuration specifications·Measure and troubleshoot systems performance and security·Operating system and application troubleshooting·Creation of operational support documentation·Review of Security toolingsEssential Skills & Experience: ·Proven track record with troubleshooting and delivering an excellent service to key stakeholders ·Experience in providing in-depth Infrastructure support to a growing client base. ·A strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and associated Microsoft technologies. ·Experience supporting Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.x solutions in a highly available configuration.·Experience supporting and deploying Microsoft Azure and O365 solutions.·Good knowledge of Citrix Provisioning Services, StoreFront and NetScaler Gateway·A good understanding of VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V and Citrix XenServer·Solid experience of delivering and assessing security solutions·Basic knowledge working within an ITIL framework ·Possess the ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environmentDesirable:·Familiarisation of Storage Area Networks and Fabric technologies·Familiarisation of Network technologies (Routing, Switching and Firewalls)·Experience of reviewing platforms for security best practices·Experience utilising Nessus for vulnerability reviewsPackage: ·£40k - 50k Basic Salary.·Company Pension·Quarterly incentives ·Excellent benefits package.Third Line - Support Engineer - Managed Services - Kettering - £40-50k + Excellent Benefits
