The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and able to work at pace. You do not need to have worked in recruitment previously, in fact it maybe morehelpful if you haven’t! The role is about the person’s potential and character, we will train you to gain the skills needed.The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from understanding the job/person required to supporting our clients with onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and liaise with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and generate job specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a positive impression of the recruitment process and the company they are being hired for.
  • Draft offer letters, contracts, and assist with the onboarding process as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to speak confidently to a variety of customers/job applicants over the phone is essential
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in IT as you will be using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
