Job Description

Could you see yourself working with Medway Council, leading, managing and coaching a team of social workers that include experienced staff and newly qualified social workers If so, I have 3 fantastic opportunities for Team Managers!Medway are looking for Team Managers to join one of the below services:Children in CareCSWTAssessmentDo you have what it takesIn addition to the annual salary of up to £50,437 Medway are proud to offer an excellent benefits package including -

Job Requirements:
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • A recognised Social Work qualification e.g. Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent as recognised by the relevant professional body.
  • Management experience within a similar setting.
  • SWE Registration
