Job Title: Registered Manager - New Childrens Residential HomeLocation: Medway, KentSalary: £48,420 - £53,437 per annum including market allowance of £3,000 per annum, payable in monthly instalmentsWorking hours: Full-time, PermanentAbout the role: We have an amazing opportunity for a Childrens Registered Manager to open a brand-new residential home for children. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Childrens Registered Manager wanting to utilise their experience and knowledge to shapethe future of this exciting new home.Your key responsibilities as the Childrens Registered Manager:As this is a new home the successful candidate will be on board from the beginning and take a lead in shaping and developing the home, its systems, procedures, and protocols. You will work alongside the Registered Manager in motivating and leading a staffteam to ensure the highest level of care is provided to children with behavioural and emotional difficulties. You will also establish and maintain standards and monitor the delivery of high quality, child centred care to children and young people referredto the home in accordance with policies and procedures. You will proactively lead the staff team, consistently in conjunction with the deputy with the aim of creating and delivering a safe warm environment in which children and young people can achieve positiveoutcomes.Essential Requirements:
