Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 200 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.One of our highly respected, market leading & award winning mortgage broker & estate agency business partners is seeking a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Adviser in KENT to work within their established estate agency business.Working from this busy office as a mortgage adviser you will have access to a fantastic lead source with appointments and leads generated by the established sales teams. The remuneration for the mortgage adviser role will be on a competitive employed packageand we anticipate that successful candidates will earn in the region of £45-50,000 + pa once established.As a competent Mortgage Adviser, you will be CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with at least 12 months or more experience in whole of market mortgage broking and experience of working within the estate agency sector would be useful although not essential, howevera demonstrable sales background as a Mortgage Adviser is important. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisers to join one of the UKs best known mortgage brokers which offers excellent earnings potential.Administration, managerial and compliance support is provided along with state of the art IT and back office software.Required skills
