The Head of Delivery has direct line management responsibilities for the Senior Operations team and respective Team members across numerous offices.This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the team and contract operates smoothly and effectively. You will need to demonstrate

  • Previous experience in People Management (supporting, coaching, and developing others).
  • The ability to drive a team to achieve performance targets.
  • Show "Customer First" values and drive them amongst your teams.
  • Ability to travel across the Kent region.
