The RoleThe Education Supplies division of Commercial Services, trading as KCS, with an annual turnover of £25M, is the biggest supplier of education resources to schools in the South East and has embarked on further territorial expansion as part of its growth plansfor the future.The Role The Graduate Curriculum Product Marketing Assistant role forms part of a newly created Primary & Secondary Marketing division.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering significant growth for KCS in the Curriculum channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Product Marketeers on all forms of Curriculum marketing, as well as helping todevelop the Curriculum proposition and go to market strategy, whilst working with key schools and partners.We are looking for a hungry, driven and commercially minded individual to join the team.Key Duties* Become a product expert within the Curriculum market, meet with customers and suppliers and attend relevant events and CPD training* Manage and develop the Curriculum product life-cycle from market requirements to product release, implementation, adoption and iteration* Specify market requirements for current and future product developments by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers to gain market insight* Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, ensure business and customer goals are met* Utilise data to understand customer needs and behaviours and enable the team to transform that knowledge into product enhancements and new features* Conduct competitive research and analysis, analyse and report on market trends* Develop marketing content to raise the profile of Curriculum across all of our marketing channels, including offline and digital* Responsible for the creation of the Curriculum section within the catalogue and any additional tactical catalogue creation. Write product copy and create product imagery that is best in class* Work across the business to understand goals, budget and plans for your ranges* Identify and develop third party partnerships that support increased engagement.What we need from you:- Degree in a related field - I.e Education/Marketing/Teaching/Primary Education- Interest in the Education Curriculum and Marketing- Willingness to learn and develop skills within this area- Interest in Education- Marketing knowledge and interestWhat CSG has to offer you!
