Job Description

Financial Services Sales Director - London/KentA fantastic career prospect has emerged for a driven and seasoned Financial Services Sales Manager to become part of a leading financial services company. As Sales Manager, your role will involve supervising 40 estate agency offices and managing a well-establishedteam of 25 Mortgage & Protection Advisers. This position will grow in scope as the company pursues additional acquisitions in 2024.Duties will include:

  • Ensuring optimal sales performance within the department while maintaining the highest standards of business quality and customer service.
  • Cultivating connections with the broader branch network and other departments to maximize lead generation and revenue.
  • Leading and supervising a team of Mortgage & Protection Advisers to accomplish both their individual and the companys business objectives.
  • Providing regular support and conducting 1-2-1 meetings with the team to assess their performance.
  • Fostering strong relationships with mortgage intermediaries, networks, and compliance service providers.
  • Monitoring industry and business trends to develop strategies for gaining market share.
  • Reporting figures to key personnel throughout the organisation and attending meetings.
The candidate must have:
  • CeMAP Qualified or equivalent
  • Previous experience within a Sales Manager or Sales Director role.
  • Motivation, drive, and determination.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
  • A proven track record of sales & or business growth.
  • Expert knowledge of the mortgage and protection markets.
  • The ability to build relationships.
