The role would suit those with previous sales / hairdressing experience as it would be most advantageous,Pick your area (local to your home), choose your days and be in control of your earning potential, we will provide support and education to further you to the best of your abilities.Cotril is an Italian born product company based in Milan and has been manufacturing and distributing products around the world for over 50 years. All Cotril formulations are created and made in house and is a Authentic Brand with passion, experience andelegance with hair beauty at its heart. We manufacture and supply Professional Haircolour, various Wet Lines, comprehensive Styling lines, Treatments, Perm and all related colour accessories for the professional hair industry.Cotril UKs ethics are to bring great products and opportunities to salons and hairdressers with a kind caring No pressure approach. We dont believe that beautiful products need to be aggressively sold or forced into salons we want to create a long termtrust worthy relationships with all our customers. Great products speak for themselves.As a Cotril Field Sales Account Manager your main duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Research your exclusive area for generating leads.
  • Create new and long lasting relationships with salons and self employed hairdressers.
  • Identify and respond to clients needs.
  • Respond to all new enquires in a prompt and positive manner
  • Help clients realise potential cost savings that we can provide
  • Follow up on customer orders as necessary
  • Working closely with our Sales Director when needed to assist in securing our position and with winning new business opportunities
  • Participation in trainings to develop your knowledge
  • Work with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches
  • Create and maintain a healthy area with organic growth, but still be driven to look for new business opportunities
