Job Description

Export Customer Service CoordinatorLocation - South-East London or KentFull time, HybridBase salary up to £26,000Maternity cover, potentially to go permanentJob Rf: MS0202251Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting an Export Customer Service Coordinator for a well-established manufacturing business with a network of clients in over 80 countries world-wide.You will provide exceptional level of customer service, process export orders and respond to inquiries as well as requests about the company’s product and services.Fluency in English and at least 1 (one) of the following languages required: Polish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, or PortugueseResponsibilities:

  • Respond professionally and promptly to queries from overseas clients
  • Manage relationships with assigned accounts and maintain accurate client records on CRM system
  • Process orders, returns and deal with any delivery issues
  • Provide quotes and export documentation where required
  • Support the sales team with onboarding new customers
  • Assist credit control efforts
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
Profile required:
  • Fluent English with fluency in one of the following languages: Polish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese
  • Previous experience in customer support, B to B client service, sales export, order management
  • International background
  • Excellent communication skills and reliable team player
  • Familiar with ticketing and CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise
  • Organised, pro-active and positive mindset
