Job Description

Are you an Electronic Test Engineer looking for a new position in a growing companyMy client is a leading high reliability interconnection systems supplier with over 40 years of successful business with leading electronic equipment.They are looking for an Electronic Test Engineer to design and develop automated testing platforms to support printed circuit board assembly, signal integrity testing and verification.The roles and responsibilities for this Electronic Test Engineer job, based in Kent include:

  • Working closely with electronic assemblys department and box build to design and develop automated testing platforms to support signal integrity testing and verification
  • Create testing requirements, specifications, validation plans, and reports and test procedures to assist in the design and development of solutions
  • Responsible for retention of process documentation for assigned projects and ensure all appropriate standards are followed
  • Responsible for generating reports based on simulation and empirical testing
The skills required for the position of Electronic Test Engineer job, based in Kent include:
  • Strong background in small to medium volume manufacturing where batch traceability is a requirement
  • Strong electrical/ electronic experience
  • Experience in designing/ developing high speed test systems
  • Experience with test equipment automation
