Essential Functions 1. Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow2. Understand all elements of the import and export customs process3. Processing Ocean Import and Export customs entries (via Sequoia, CNS or Destin8)4. Ensure accurate and timely data into our customs software system5. Verify documents received for import & export customs purposes are compliant and correct6. Ensure correct preference is applied to goods if applicable and that any relevant customs procedures and regimes such as IPR, OPR and CFSP are applied where necessary.7. Complete and arrange for payment to be sent to Port Health where necessary8. Manage any Route 1, Route 2 or declaration release issues9. Liaise with customers regarding valuation, classification and preference issues10. Live North Kent, South Essex or SE London
