Job Description

An award-winning Build to Rent company is currently recruiting for a courteous and welcoming Concierge to look after their prestigious new build development in Kent. As Concierge, you be responsible for all front of house duties and therefore need to havecustomer service at your core.Key duties will include:

  • The day-to-day management of all on-site enquiries and maintenance
  • Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and contractors
  • Assisting with viewings and inductions / check ins
  • Signing in visitors and maintaining the host logbook
  • Undertaking audits of the control system and keys
  • Receiving and logging all deliveries and parcels
  • Controlling access to the building
  • Maintaining building security and monitoring CCTV
  • Undertaking regular patrols and responding to any issues that arise
  • Ensuring general health and safety compliance
  • Controlling and logging stock levels
  • Assisting with building inductions
An ability to demonstrate excellent customer service is essential with a background in either hotel, student accommodation or property preferrable. Applicants should have a warm and friendly manner with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet and exceedcustomer expectations. You should have an eye for detail, the ability to produce accurate information and be able to maintain a courteous and helpful manner whatever the situation.This role is currently on for £21k-£23k with working hours Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, alternate Saturdays (with Tuesday afternoons in lieu).If you are interested in working for a company that really is at the forefront of property design, apply today!
