Engage, motivate and inspire learners to achieve their work-based qualification. Provide innovative and impactful teaching and learning. Manage a minimum funded caseload of learners across HSC level 2 - 3. Deliver an outstanding experience for all learners and employers. Stretching and challenging your learners to succeed. Provide valuable and insightful feedback to every learner to stretch and challenge them and enable further professional developmentIf you have experience of supporting learners by delivering innovative, impactful and engaging remote sessions, with a strong background and knowledge in the Health and Social Care Sector at a senior or managerial level, with the ability to stretch and challengeyour learners to continually develop, apply now!
