Site Manager - Kensington - High End Residential Refurbishments An ambitious, trusted and well regarded Refurbishment Contractor is seeking a Site Manager who has experience of working on High End Residential properties within London.The company have a pipeline of works that extends over 18 months and currently have 15+ live projects.A carpentry background is beneficial.The Site Manager RoleThe successful Site Manager will be based around Kensington, Chelsea and Mayfair where the majority of the projects take place.You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site whilst receiving a high level of support from the visiting projects manager and contracts manager. You will also split your time between site management duties and also being on the tools whennecessary.Projects are entirely focused on the renovation or refurbishment of High End luxury mansions or restoring historic / listed buildings. Contract values range from £400,000 up to £10 Million.The Site Manager - Requirements
