Reporting into the Senior Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing, advising and facilitating the resolution of yourown ER case load of formal resolution, disciplinary and research misconduct investigations. You will support andadvise chairs/panels at probation, performance, flexible working and sickness hearings and appeals. You will also contribute to the review and development of policies and procedures and undertake related tasks and projects. As the ER Adviser, youwill workproactively with the ER team to deliver a seamless, timely and quality ER service.Your key responsibilities
