We are seeking dedicateda Warehouse Operativeto join our expanding team to help the company maintain exceptional standards of efficiency and quality.As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role by supporting the whole warehouse operations. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of our products. This is an entry-level position. Perfect forindividuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Picking/Packing: Accurately - pick/pack products
Loading/Unloading: Safely load/unload goods from delivery vehicles (hand ball)
Inventory Management: Assist maintaining organised & clean inventory storage areas
Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
Stock Replenishment: Restocking shelves and storage areas as needed
Safety: Adhere to safety guideline/contribute to a safe work environment
Documentation: Maintain records of received inbound/outbound

Key Skills & Experience:

No prior experience required; full training will be provided
Attention to detail
PC Skills (word/excel) - basic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic maths/written communication skills
Physical fitness for demands of workflow
Forklift License Flexi Truck License (Desirable but not essential)

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £22,000 p/a (negotiable dependant on experience)
Location: Kennett, Newmarket CB8 7QF
