Job Description

Our client, an established family owned company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate Customer Service Administrator to join their busy bookings team near Newmarket.The Customer Service Administrator will:

  • Book accommodation / make cancellations
  • Deal with client calls regarding enquiries, bookings, quotes and transfers
  • Respond to client emails promptly
  • Take client payments via an online payment system
  • Issue cancellation invoices, credit notes and arrange refunds
  • Discuss additional investments / top up payments
  • As the Customer Service Administrator, you will:
  • Have good written and verbal skills
  • Be an enthusiastic, team player
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Have a professional telephone manner
  • Have excellent attention to detail
