Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator for an international company near Newmarket. This is an established and rapidly expanding company with exciting opportunities.As the Administrator will:

  • Book accommodation / make cancellations, make travel arrangements
  • Deal with client calls regarding enquiries, quotes and transfers
  • Respond to client emails
  • Take client payments via an online payment system
  • Issue cancellation invoices, credit notes and arrange refunds where applicable
  • Manage daily administration duties
  • As the Administrator, you will:
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be an enthusiastic, passionate team player
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Have a professional telephone manner
  • Have excellent attention to detail
