Job Description

Experienced SHEQ & Facilities Administrator required at a leading manufacturer of sophisticated vacuum products, exhaust management systems and related value-added services, integral to manufacturing processes for semiconductors, flat panel displays, LEDsand solar cells.This company is based in Clevedon, BS21 - Ideally situated by M5 junction 21, an easy commute for anyone living in Bridgwater, Cheddar, Bristol or Newport.

  • £13.84 per hour PAYE
  • Monday to Friday, 9am5pm
  • 12-month contract
  • 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
  • Annual performance related bonus

About the role
  • SHEQ Month end reporting and data analysis
  • Corrective action follow up and chasing
  • COSHH register admin and support for operational areas
  • Admin and maintenance on site audit plans
  • Organisation of site resource and actions for external 2nd and third-party audits
  • Admin support and chasing of stakeholders for Business Continuity Management System
  • Fire Warden and First Aider list maintenance
  • SHEQ Notice boards and comms updates publication
  • SHE and Q Lessons from loss creation / circulation
  • Organising training and maintaining Learning Link
  • Maintaining and update the SHEQ SharePoint site
  • Display screen Equipment organisation and recording
  • Organising eye tests and glasses for VDU
  • Risk assessment admin and tracking
  • Supporting lead first aider in organising training and the replenishment of first aid kits
  • SHEQ OGSM and Risks and Ops Admin and action tracking
  • SHEQ Management Review data preparation and action follow up
  • Supporting and facilitating Training Safety Committee
  • Statutory Inspection DB maintenance & admin
  • Organising / booking inspections and compliance reviews
  • Follow up of AON audit corrective actions, chasing/admin/reporting
  • Reception cover
  • Updating screens around site with relevant SHEQ & Facilities data
  • Evacuation drillsadmin support
The right candidate
  • Previous experience in an administration role within SHEQ or facilities
  • Excellent excel skills and experience of creating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Good external communications with suppliers and training providers
