Job Description

Project ManagerPermanent role in ClevedonHybrid role3 days onsite and 2 days working from homeSalary up to £54KPlus bonus and benefits packageDuties

  • Overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of next generation product delivery.
  • Monitor, review, and provide reporting of the project status in accordance with defined requirements, as agreed with the project sponsor and programme manager.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of complex NPI projects ($5-10M+) to ensure that they are delivered according to agreed specifications, timescales and budgets and that company procedures are followed in the execution of these projects.
  • Lead and co-ordinate a high performing multidisciplinary project team (10-20+) to deliver project requirements on time and to budget which have been communicated and agreed by the Programme Manager.
  • Develop cross-functional Plans to meet project deliverables both technical and commercial.
  • Keep project progress and risks visible to project sponsors, programme management and divisional senior management.
  • Escalate breach of tolerance, progress roadblocks and project risks when necessary to agree appropriate higher-level mitigation.
Requirements for this role5 years involvement in the process of product development in a high technology environment.3 years experience as a Project Management within the process of product development.Excellent IT literacy, being a competent user of MS Office including MS Project essential.Project Management Qualificationsuch as Prince 2, APM certified or equivalent.A good Engineering or Scientific degree - Essential
