Job Description

Quality Audit Manager £32K + Bens, Stoneleigh Park, Hybrid workingElite Audit Recruitment is partnering a well-known UK company in seeking a brand new hire for their operations department. The new role is: Quality Process & Efficiency Manager and will report directly into the Head of Operations. We are seeking candidateswith experience in Quality Management systems, (ISO 9001) quality systems, process and efficiency work and audits.Main purpose and scope of job: Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the companys quality procedures, standards and specifications Engage with key stakeholders in defining and setting quality standards Engage with team leaders to monitor and assess performance, identify any areas of poor efficiency and to recommend and implement improvements Lead internal audits Support new service development and enhancement activities to ensure quality and efficiency standards are metFunctional responsibilities:Quality Management System Review the company Quality Management System and make recommendations to the Head of Operations for improvements Develop a QMS implementation plan and engage with key stakeholders to deliver the plan Support stakeholders in the delivery of the QMS Monitor and review progress of the QMS during and following implementation Develop, prepare and maintain relevant documentation, written procedures and policies, with support from the Head of Operations Ensure all quality records, documents, procedures and communications are filed appropriately, and regularly reviewed Maintain and update the company risk register, ensuring all actions are followed up by the relevant owner Provide regular reports for the Heads of Department on progress against the QMS implementation planQuality standards Work with the Head of Operations to engage with key stakeholders to define and set quality standards and key performance indicators for the business Communicate quality standards and key performance indicators to the business Engage in new projects and process development to ensure that quality standards are met Set up quality monitoring procedures for the business Support Heads of Department with monitoring quality standards Provide regular reports to the Heads of Department on delivery against the Quality StandardsProcess and efficiency Provide practical support and advice to ensure quality and efficiency is a key factor in all new service development and enhancement activity Review existing process maps and identify any gaps or maps that require updating Work with the Head of Operations with capturing business processes Support the Heads of Department with capturing operational processes Work with key stakeholders to evaluate, design, and implement best practice business processes to improve service and business efficiency Work with key stakeholders to develop efficiency monitoring procedures Provide regular reports to the Heads of Department on delivery against the process improvement plans Create workflow templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Provide recommendations to departments and work with respective teams on adoption Audits Develop a plan for carrying out internal audits on quality, process and efficiency Lead the internal auditing process Report results to Heads of Department and make recommendations for process and efficiency improvementsThe ideal candidate will be ISO 9001 qualified and have proven experience in devising and implementing quality standards, audits with the ability to communicate and present effectively to a range of audiences including key stakeholders. This post is based at the companys head office near Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire and offers hybrid/ flexi working.
