Job Description

Qualified Electrician£35k-£40k + Company Van + BenefitsCoventry / WarwickshireSuperb opportunity for an experienced Electrician / Electrical Engineer to join a growing and established provider of Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical and Property Maintenance services.Job Role:

  • Responsible for a range of electrical services across both domestic and commercial properties including; - LED lighting, fire alarms, full electrical re-wires, PAT Testing, tray, basket and conduit works and so on.
  • Responsible for all electrical aspects from installations through to testing, EICRs etc.
  • Responsible for void properties, building refurbs, reactive maintenance.
  • Majority of the work will likely be on the residential and domestic side, with roughly 80% being domestic and 20% being commercial work.
  • Hours 07:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
  • Must be a fully qualified 18th Edition electrician.
  • Hold relevant Testing & Inspection certificates, 2391 / 2392 or equivalent.
  • Ideally good experience across both domestic and commercial work. Ideally with a background from an electrical services, or electrical contractor type company.
  • Experience in a range of aspects from installation, maintenance and testing work.
Salary & Package Details:
  • Fully employed position
  • £35k-£40k depending on experience
