Job Description

Our client a rural-based not for profit business based near Kenilworth, Warwickshire who inspire industry and their members to succeed in a rapidly changing world are seeking an immediately available Interim Communications Specialist fora 12 month FTC.This Interim Communications Specialist role reports into the Senior Marcomms Manager and support the delivery of defined projects and campaigns within the businesses communications plan.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to plan, deliver and support timely effective communications across a particular sector
  • Deliver a range of on/offline communications assets and support technical updates
  • Be responsible to upload materials and reports onto the sector website
  • Assist in the delivery of a range of campaigns, projects and initiatives
  • Work with technical leads to make sure that key information is communicated
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external communication stakeholders and industry.
The ideal candidate for this Interim Communications Specialist position will have prior experience of writing compelling, engaging content for web copy, regular monthly e-newsletters and email marketing campaigns. Candidates will have strong content writingskills, be able to tailor communication for a wide variety of audiences and be able to relationship build at all levels. You must be a self-starter, self-motivated, proactive and have a high level of accuracy and be able to juggle a variety of projects. Candidatescan come from an in-house or agency background, ideally have external and internal communications experience or have previously been a journalist as writing engaging content is key.This role would suit a Communications Executive, Communications Specialist, Communications Officer, Marketing & Communications Specialist, Marketing & Communications Executive, Marketing & Communications Specialist, Digital Communications Officer, DigitalCommunications Executive, Digital Communications Specialist, Marcomms Manager, Marcomms Executive, Marcomms SpecialisSalary: is up to £36,000 doe, 35 hour working week + benefitsThis role is commutable from my clients offices in Kenilworth where you will only be required to attend 1-2 days/week.
