SF are exclusively working with a national company, a household name, who are experiencing a period of rapid growth and they are looking for an additional person to strengthen their high performing credit team of 10 in a busy office environment. What youll do: - Daily allocation of large value payments accurately & efficiently - Liaise with clients to collect late payments and resolve any debt issues. - Reconciling customer statements - Taking incoming calls to resolve daily queries and internal issues. - General admin work - Liaise with Customers to resolve ongoing issues. - Build a rapport with co-workers and customers. - Produce weekly/ monthly reports. - Distribution of customer statements - Credit check analysis for potential customers - Monitor & review credit limits. What youll need: - 2+ years of Credit Control experience - High standard knowledge of Excel (including V-Lookup) - Good communications skills - Strong organisational skills - Ability to work accurately and efficiently to deadlines at month end. - Problem solving What youll get: - Annual bonus of up to 10% of salary - Study support CICM / AAT - Annual leave increasing with Service - Training and development opportunities Office based role in Kenilworth, 37.5 hours a week.
