Job Description

This Telesales role in the Retail industry requires a team member with excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.   • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently
  • Meet or exceed personal performance targets
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
  • Contribute to the overall goals of the Customer Service department
