Job Description

Are you a Tutor or LSA considering a fresh challenge Looking for a new opportunity in Further Education Then REED Further Education want to hear from you!Title -Learning Support AssistantPosition - Part-Time - 19 hours per weekLocation - West YorkshireSalary - £11.68 per hour including holiday payOur REED Further Education branch are currently working with a great college on an exciting new role in the North East.The Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting learners on a 1:1 basis in the college
  • Provide support with soft skills including independence, and managing positive behaviour
  • You will be based in the Motor Vehicle Department, supporting with students who have challenging behaviours
What you will need:
  • Experience of supporting learners with SEN/SEMH especially Autism.
  • Maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent
  • DBS on the update service
