We are looking for a skilled Learning and Development Partner to join our small, close-knit team that works across the business. Your goal will be to help our employees advance their knowledge and skills to meet the Teconnex ambitious global growth plan.In this newly created role, you will help to form and shape the future of Learning and Development plans to support the business goals and enhance organisational capability and productivity. This will require you to take a hands on and can do approach.Partnering with our leadership team, our HR Managers, the business, and with our people, you will present creative, modern, and appropriate learning solutions to support skill and knowledge gaps.This is a great opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders and demonstrate your skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people learn and grow, who possess excellent communication skills and able to demonstrate successfulapplication of training initiatives.Teconnex is a privately owned global manufacturers, our UK site is based in Keighley, we have international sites in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
